How do I create a Yahoo! Group with password only access?

I want to start a Yahoo! Group writer’s club with password only access, so that we can display our writing for each other to critique, without the whole world reading it.

BTW, I know how to start the group, I just need to know where to find info to make it password only. I know this is possible because I once belonged to one. LINKS PLEASE.

    Why don’t you just make it as ‘members only’?
    Not anyone can see the group then, only them with approved membership

    look in management and change it to members only archives and restricted membership, then put all email on moderate :)
