how late in september will it take for all those know-it-all sportscasters and writers?

to jump on the twins bandwagon??????? 8th game of the world series?? so predictable each and every year, if you’re not from l.a. or new york i guess you don’t count, or is it that it is embarressing to have a small market farm club take down the mighty goliath?

Your right!
Even though I’m a Tigers fan (I have been for many years now) I can relate. The Twins don’t get as much recognition probably because their from Minnesota. Now, if they were from Los Angeles, New York or Chicago THEN they’d start talkin! They probably figure, “Who cares about what’s going on in Minnesota?”
What are u asking
8th game of the World Series is my prediction….if they do win it all they’ll get some props into the the first 20 games of next season, and then everyone will talk only about boston and ny again….everyone sure stopped talking about the sox quick this year…w/ you in MN
The White Sox were the number one overrated team at the beginning of the season, but you don’t see anyone singing their praises now!
However, I can’t blame all the sportscasters and writers for not following the Twins. Even our hometown paper, the Start Tribune would rather give a Vikings preseason game the whole front page of the sports section than mention the hottest team in baseball before page three!!
There’s a lot of hard core Twins fans out here in the upper midwest, but I’m more disgusted by local band wagon jumpers than big shot band wagon jumpers.
Are you sure? Look, I hate Joe Buck as much a sthe other guy but I think most media think the Twins are a real threat from what I’ve read and heard.
They can’t really jump on the bandwagon until the Twins bust thru in this Gradenhire regime.
Predictable? MLB is totally unpredictable. You have Florida (a small market club, by the way, esp, the last win) winning two World Series! The D’backs! The Angels! The White Sox! The Red Sox!
Come on, just because the NY Yankees seem to be in the playoffs every year does not mean they win it every year. Where have you been?
I wanna know when all the know-it-all sportscasters will admit they were completely wrong about The Yankees not making the postseason this year.
Everyone wrote them off in early June when The Red Sox were winning 12 in a row against the inferior National League.
